Ruth McKinnon Ikler and Maggie Pantridge have known each other as friends and neighbors for over a decade.  Both share a work background in human services and believe their shared organizing work is a calling as much as a business.

Ruth has had a long career in human services program development and management.  She worked for over 20 years at the Massachusetts Medicaid Agency creating and administratively managing unique health insurance programs for children with special heath care needs and their families.  Her work colleagues note her attention to detail and ability to follow though on projects.  She is also known for her ability to bring individuals together to work collaboratively on a common project.  Her Southern roots are reflected in her own home which she shares and organizes with her two dogs.

Maggie has lived in Needham for 22 years and is the mother of three children.  She has been an active volunteer in her children's schools, organizing events in and out of the classroom.  Her past  experience has been in human services where she has successfully set up and run programs in residential and workplace environments.  She has a degree and work experience in program administration.  The common thread of her experiences is working cooperatively with many types of people to reach their goals.
