Ruth McKinnon is a founder of InPlace Organizing, a Boston-area professional organizing firm. She has been affiliated with the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) since 2006. Clients note Ruth's attention to detail, and her warmth and ability to listen and move individuals toward reaching and completing a common goal. Her professional background includes the creation and management of programs that support children with special needs and their families through the state's Medicaid agency. Ruth approaches each organizing task with an eagerness to help clients find their own sense of order and a system to stay organized that works for them.

Maggie Pantridge, M.Ed., is a founder of InPlace Organizing, a Boston-area professional organizing firm. Maggie has been affiliated with the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) since 2006. She takes great joy in helping clients bring order to their lives, embracing who they are and what will work best for them. Clients benefit from her years of human services experience, teaching background, and volunteerism. Maggie's easy, practical manner makes clients feel comfortable with her right from the start.
